Brutal and unforgiving, Otho Mentulus dominates his foes in the arena and demoralizes them both with the power of his blows and the disdain he shows for any form of showmanship. The shrewd application of violence in and out of the arena has earned this beast of a man a sizeable fortune, which he uses to grow his renown and feed his vices. Q: Does Otho's Mentulus ability block the Hot Blooded ability - When this model upgrades an attack to a power attack, it generates a Favor die which must be added to the attack roll? Like from Lupa, Urien, Euryale
A: Otho's rule specifically blocks "earning" and "spending" favor, however it does not block any ability that "generates" or "adds" favor. So Hot Blooded is allowed.
